Free UK Shipping (2-4 business days)

EU Shipping is £10.50 (2-11 business days)

International Shipping is £14.99 (3-17 business days)

Kelp Crochet is not responsible for any customs fees that may occur 

Returns / Refunds

Due to customs and shipping fees I do not currently accept returns. 

If there is an issue with your order please contact me at kelpcrochet.info@gmail.com.

I do not accept refunds for PDF downloads unless you have accidentally purchased multiples of the same pattern. If this occurs please contact me immediately with proof of purchase and you will be refunded. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

PDF Download

Download will be available immediately after purchasing. Please contact me if you purchase a pattern and are unable to download it. 

Pattern FAQs

Can I sell what I make with Kelp Crochet Patterns? - No, products made with my patterns are not to be sold as your own or in affiliation with the Kelp Crochet brand. All patterns should only be used to create garments for your own use or to share with your friends/family.

What crochet terms do you use? - I use both UK and US terms (this is stated on all patterns so please check the pattern carefully before starting) 

What language are your patterns? - All my patterns are in English (if you would like to collaborate with me to translate patterns please contact me via my email kelpcrochet.info@gmail.com)
